The System of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources launched an awareness campaign called "Expand Globally: A Journey Between Industry and Export," which aims to develop the industrial sector and local content, increase Saudi non-oil exports, and strengthen its position in the global market to support the objectives of Vision 2030.
The campaign is a joint effort with the Saudi Export-Import Bank (Saudi EXIM), the Saudi Export Development Authority (Saudi Exports), the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON), the Local Content and Government Procurement Authority, the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP), and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu.
"Expand Globally: A Journey Between Industry and Export" is part of the efforts to raise awareness among industrialists and exporters. The campaign aims to create a diverse and inclusive investment-attracting economy and contribute to sustainable economic diversification.
The initiative seeks to build an industrial community capable of driving industrial development in the Kingdom, leveraging available resources and initiatives to create an investment-attracting industrial economy. The campaign's impact extends to the growth of local content, the enhancement of Saudi non-oil exports, and strengthening the Kingdom's position as a strategic industrial and logistics center globally.
The campaign's implementation relies on the system's entities introducing their customers to the opportunities and capabilities provided by Saudi EXIM Bank. The initiative aims to stimulate the growth and development of local institutions and companies in the sector while enriching local content and expanding its presence in global markets.
