Saudi EXIM Bank Launches Leadership Excellence and Talent Programs for Employees

Saudi EXIM Bank has launched the “Leadership Excellence" and “Talent" programs as part of its strategy to develop employees' skills, enhance leadership capabilities, and nurture talent using the highest professional standards and practices. These initiatives aim to support the bank's vision and strategic objectives.

Dr. Naif bin Abdulrahman Al-Shammari, Deputy CEO of Saudi EXIM Bank, inaugurated the launch event with a speech emphasizing the bank's commitment to developing human capital, describing it as the most critical pillar for sustainable strategic growth. He stressed, “We view the development of competencies and talents as a national investment, and we aspire for these capabilities to play a greater role in advancing our economy, especially since the bank's activities are directly aligned with the objectives of Vision 2030."

On this occasion, Mr. Yasser bin Mohammed Al-Saqabi, General Manager of Human Capital at Saudi EXIM Bank, stated, “These programs reflect the bank's commitment to fostering human capital and enhancing the personal and professional skills of its employees, in line with Vision 2030's objectives related to human capacity development." He also underscored the bank's continuous efforts to provide all necessary tools and programs for personal and professional growth, creating an ideal, motivating and efficient work environment that empowers employees to further develop their skills and competencies.

 These programs will be implemented in collaboration with the global training center Headspring, a joint project with IE University.

It is worth noting that Saudi EXIM Bank offers various training and development programs for its employees as part of its strategic focus on resource management, attracting talent, and fostering human capital development.
