At the Saudi-Italian Investment and Business Forum, the Saudi Export-Import Bank (Saudi EXIM Bank) signed a reinsurance agreement with Italy's Export Credit Agency (SACE) to establish a framework for providing reinsurance services for transactions of mutual interest, enhancing insurance coverage for Saudi exporters.
The bank also signed a memorandum of understanding with the Joint Italian Arab Chamber of Commerce (JIACC) to foster cooperation in supporting Saudi export projects, exchanging information on export credit practices, and organizing training programs to explore joint business opportunities.
This collaboration aims to improve local exporters' access to Italian markets and aligns with the bank's goal of expanding international partnerships to enhance the competitiveness of Saudi non-oil exports.
