The Saudi Export-Import Bank

beneficiaries and achieving its vision of enhancing the development of non-oil
Saudi exports and increasing their competitiveness in global markets across
various sectors. This aligns with the goals and pillars of Saudi Arabia’s
Vision 2030, which aims to increase the share of non-oil exports in the non-oil
GDP. This will be achieved through the following:
•Implementing the requirements of the Quality Management System
standards in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
•Meeting legal, regulatory, and other applicable requirements.
•Identifying the requirements and expectations of beneficiaries and
engaging with stakeholders to ensure their fulfillment.
•Developing the competencies and capabilities of its employees to ensure
the effective implementation of the Quality Management System.
•Setting quality objectives for all processes, monitoring them, and
establishing a framework for their review.
•Providing communication channels with all stakeholders involved in the
Quality Management System as needed.
•Ensuring continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
through the development of system objectives and processes.
